What do you like best about Neo?

Because it tries to do many things, it may not match specialized tools in depth (e.g., advanced segmentation, drip automations, or deep analytics). Also, performance and UI consistency across web, iOS, Android will matter in daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems: Although Neo does what it’s supposed to do, it’s not without its flaws. For example, you can’t tag emails as high or low priority which is a big problem in high pressure work environments. Some design limitations are also counterintuitive: enabling campaign mode disables the built in email designer and using the designer disables campaign mode. Advantages: Neo is a cost effective professional business email solution for startups looking for affordable and reliable communication. It has practical features like sending and receiving emails through aliases and comes with a free starter website subscription with the email package. At the higher tier, the built in campaign mode allows basic email marketing so you can build a list and test monetization strategies before investing in a full blown marketing platform.
